About the Role

The Customer Operations Program Manager is responsible for leading strategic programs and initiatives to deliver new planning capabilities that drive improved customer and operational business outcome performance as well as increased productivity.  This program manager reports to the Data, Systems and Architecture Senior Manager and will be a key interface between the customer operations team and IT.

What You will Do

  • Drive strategic programs and initiatives to deliver new planning capabilities
  • Lead implementation of new customer requirements
  • Work with demand planning, order management and supply demand leadership to identify and drive programs that deliver improved productivity
  • Work with data scientist and IT team members to deliver new analytical capabilities
  • Customer Operations lead for SAP ERP implementation
  • Lead training program for customer operations analysts

What You Bring

  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Engineer; or related field from an accredited college.
  • Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Strong background in Supply Chain Planning / Management
  • Dedicated and high sense of job ownership.
  • Track record for utilizing innovative and creative problem-solving skills to address complex and/or contentious issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Excellent organizational, project management and planning skills; high attention to details; consistent follow through
  • Proven ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and appropriately prioritize workload based upon organization or department needs.
  • Possess a high degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and coordinate projects across functions, sites.
  • Solid understanding and use of software and analytics to extract, analyze and interpret data to make effective business decisions
