About the Role
The QA Test Software Developer will serve as the key lead QA contributor to the Manufacturing Test software development organization. They will be working in a cross-functional team to develop and execute test plans and scripts that will verify software functionality, adherence to requirements that includes software stack and use case testing
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate test effort preparation and track requirements, schedules, and actions
- Perform manual and automation testing
- Write automation test scripts utilizing Selenium and Jest
- Create automations to test requirements against system specifications
- Create automations for validating output logs
- Create end to end test flow validation automations
- Perform Web application testing
- Review, track, document, and summarize test results
What You’ll Bring
- Knowledge of JavaScript, node.js, express and other JavaScript frameworks
- Knowledge of Python software development, knowledge of C# / C++ a plus
- Working knowledge of HTML
- Understand white box and black box testing
- Basic knowledge of computer architecture, network, storage, etc.
- Ability to multi-task and exercise judgment in setting priorities
- Must be a self-motivated faster learner and able to work independently
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Software QA validation experience is a plus
