ZT Systems Unveils Powerful, Energy Efficient 1226Ra Datacenter Server Featuring Six-Core AMD Opteron™ EE Processor with AMD Chipset
Secaucus, NJ – September 21, 2009 – Building on recent success with exceptional performance-per-watt benchmarks for AMD Opteron™ processor-based servers, ZT Systems today announced the 1226Ra 1U Datacenter Server featuring the Six-Core AMD Opteron EE processor combined with the new AMD SR5690 chipset. Based on AMD’s new integrated server platform that enables high bandwidth and virtualization capacity, this solution is designed with ZT’s signature data center server engineering capability for the optimal performance, energy efficiency and cost effectiveness today’s most advanced cloud computing providers demand.
